- Managed a global team of 18 responsible for Design, Engineering, Product Management, Product Development, Costing & Sourcing for a $83 million dollar global business. • Overhauled the Product Creation Process - implemented a Global Product Introduction Calendar • Reduced supplier base by 50% increasing efficiency and driving profit margin • Improved net margins improved 350 basis points year over year. • Reduced SKU count by 50% improving revenue per sku by 32%, and growing net revenue 9.8% • Transition to a factory direct sourcing model

Quicksilver - DC Shoes

2010 – 2013

• Manage a global team of 85 in footwear Merchandising, Design, Materials, Development, Costing, Sourcing, Production, QC, and shipping for 600 million dollar global business. • Closed a Korean Sourcing/Agent based office and converted all business to China and Vietnam factory direct model. Managed Global factory base, primarily in China, Vietnam, Argentina and Brazil. • Increased production efficiency 10% year over year for 3 years in a row • Implemented costing system and negotiated flat or increased IGM% 10 quarters in a row. • Implemented PDM (product data management) line planning, costing, spec database. • Increased SKU efficiency by 38% while growing the business.

• Managed the successful design, development, sourcing, manufacturing, QC, and delivery of the first footwear line for Zoot Sports – first season business 2 million in sales. • Grew the footwear business to over 7 million in sales in 2010.
