* Placing orders with overseas vendors, send out TP, issued import PO and monitoring T&A * Coordinated approval from vendors. For Private Label's order, we sent those submission to each customer for comment. * Coordinating labelling, finishing and packaging information to each vendors following customer's Vendor Manual * Assisting merchandiser with order entry, cross checking customer PO against Sales Order * Tracked shipment from origin up to arrival in warehouse

* Oversaw development with overseas vendors on daily basis, from design hand- offs, to Salesman Samples collection, to bulk production * Under VIP supervision, allocated new seasonal collections to each vendors, provided them with TP, art files and instruction to develop Salesman Samples * Coordinated approval submission and provided designers comment to vendors * Collected costing and reviewed with VP * Daily updated SMS and Production Tracking report * Distributed Salesman Samples to nationwide sales reps * Reported to VP for any possible issue concerning delivery or quality of SMS/Production

* Under manager supervision: executed costing request, analyzed vendor cost according to financial goal, placed orders, communicated daily with Fang's Rep's Offices in Shanghai and Seoul * Sample procurement: issued pattern request, sent out in house pattern along with samples to overseas offices, tracked sample status * Collaborated with design team in coordinating TP, reviewed submission on labdip, knitdown, handloom, strike offs, trims, wash, screen print, sublimation and graphic placement * For Private label customer: sent out all submission and followed up comment from customer * Maintained data on the system: style sheet, cost sheet, BOM, issued import PO, updated WIP, apply L/C when needed * Coordinated labtest report and get proper labelling information * Provided finishing & packing instruction to vendors following customer's Vendor Manual

* Oversaw import production with Peruvian factory, Canadian factory, as well as domestic LA's factory * Communicated daily with New York's team for approval and comment on all submission. Design, Merchandizing and Fit Tech are all in NY. * Updated T&A daily
