• Design footwear and graphics across men’s, women’s, and kid’s products for specific North America and Global accounts. • Develop new printing techniques and graphic aesthetics • Design new footwear for SMU product specific to premium, golbal and regional accounts, significantly increasing growth and sales • Present seasonal graphic direction to product marketing and senior leadership • Manage Junior, Associate, Freelance Footwear, and Graphic Designers • Work directly with Design Director to create visual alignment throughout all brand segments • Collaborate with branding and marketing for seasonal DTC in-store product alignment • Innovate new print and pattern executions for footwear and apparel accessories with progressive functions
