A wide range of tasks pertaining to production, archiving, and output of books via digital format which largely consists of production and archiving for all books/printed media published under the IDW Publishing umbrella. More specifically, the exporting and converting of print files (Quark and InDesign) to PDF and other various formats for distribution and sales on IDW's website, partner sites or media outlets. Those files are then uploaded to a secure server for archiving and distribution. Other tasks include helping setup and troubleshoot Apple computer products, network, server, and FTP issues via the IT team as well as regularly scheduled uploads and file packaging for license holders like Disney, Hasbro, Cartoon Network, and Nickelodeon.

Designing, editing, proofing, and final printing of the client's artwork via a fast paced in-house production pipeline that specializes in custom audio cassette duplication.

Customer service driven retail environment with specific emphasis on providing helpful, and fun, customer interaction.
