In my own words

Tori

While attending school to obtain my Bachelor of Science in Business Management, I developed a diverse employment history by working in positions that allowed me to observe business operations in a variety of industries.

I was also given the opportunities to implement some of my own ideas to help businesses succeed on a more day to day level, while also working closely with owners and managers to further develop my applicable skills as they relate to business management.

Throughout my duration at the College of Business Administration (CoBA), an AACSB-accredited school at California State University San Marcos, my emphasis was on business management, but I took a variety of human resources courses as some of my management electives to further develop and enhance my skills. My Associate degree in Behavioral and Social Sciences, HR coursework, and extensive history in customer service has also allowed me to develop exceptional interpersonal skills.
