While attending school to obtain my Bachelor of Science in Business Management, I developed a diverse employment history by working in positions that allowed me to observe business operations in a variety of industries. I was also given the opportunities to implement some of my own ideas to help businesses succeed on a more day to day level, while also working closely with owners and managers to further develop my applicable skills as they relate to business management. 

Throughout my duration at the College of Business Administration (CoBA), an AACSB-accredited school at California State University San Marcos, my emphasis was on business management, but I took a variety of human resources courses as some of my management electives to further develop and enhance my skills. My Associate degree in Behavioral and Social Sciences, HR coursework, and extensive history in customer service has also allowed me to develop exceptional interpersonal skills.

› Ensure workflows and processes operate at maximum efficiency
› Manage daily studio functions and aid all departments
› Manage a system utilized to track project metrics and hours
› Prepare metrics and budget reports for executive presentation use
› Assist with streamlining creative project kick off by preparing briefs and folders for designers to easily access
› Manage budget tracking spreadsheets for yearly expenses by category
› Correspond with the remote HR, IT, Legal, Payroll and Finance Departments

Property Assistant

› Drive sales, manage inventory to ensure product flow, and merchandise the store to keep product flow high 
› Assist guests to ensure absolute customer satisfaction while also handling cash and cards for transactions
› Balance a register drawer and prepare deposits 
› Plan & facilitate monthly events to help drive sales through product demonstrations and product education 
› Manage a highly active social media account to educate & informed followers on promotions to help boost cash flows
