Responsible for managing all global retail and distributor accounts, including supporting a New York market Sales Rep. Responsible for creation and distribution of all B2B communications about product line changes and promotional offerings. Responsible for gathering, creating, strategizing, and scheduling digital assets for social media marketing campaigns. Responsible for customer relations in reference to purchases and brand education.

Develops S.O.P.’s for interdepartmental structure and work flow in concert with improving deadlines and managing needs of other departments. Works hand in hand with the engineering department to develop working prototypes of custom fixture designs. Responsible for the production of the majority of assets in high profile projects.

Sales of goods, building and maintaining relationships with buyers at retailers of our goods, cold-calling possible new retailers, packaging of orders, and managing of account information. Also acted as traveling team manager.

Maintained a clean and organized retail environment, created enticing displays to sell new or highlighted products, stocked goods for sale, helped customers choose the right product for their needs/style, and operated computer-based point of sales cash register.
