-Oversee $16M annual sales, merchandising, and product knowledge of Millennial Private Brand business in 15 stores and 2 Districts. -Communicate Regional product feedback and stock opportunities monthly to NY Corporate Team. -Work closely with the Visual Managers, MTMs and District teams to ensure merchandise directives and trends are being placed in a timely manner according to our promotional calendar. -Analyze business trends and stock opportunities within Millennial brands and communicate to District Planner and Regional Team to ensure stores are getting sufficient stock to support their business. -Work closely with the District Store Teams and Regional Managers to ensure floor plans accurately reflect sales trends and adjacencies. -Coach and train associates in merchandise placement, core standards, and product knowledge for 15 Millennial Private Brands within each store.
