- Gathers, collects, and records information regarding various vendor tax information via W-9/ 1099 forms. 
- Provides back-up support to the Department Assistant that scans and inputs all Accounts Payable invoices into 
SAP
- Assists Accounts Payable managers with various administration projects- copy, scan, file, and organize various 
sensitive documents 


- Recruit, develop and retain an expert team of merchandising professionals
- Implement/ deliver an outstanding environment of presentation and merchandising utilizing company guidelines and directives
- Provide on-going developmental coaching in merchandising and presentation standards to selling teams as well as merchandising teams
- Empower merchandising and selling teams to ensure execution of all merchandise strategies, standards presentations and promotional events
- Is a visible and responsive leader throughout the store
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience to the customers through innovative and animated techniques of visual presentation and life style merchandising concepts
- Active partner with Assistant Store Manager of Operations to lead Workload Planning meetings to set priorities/ project outlines and deliver workload completion standards
- Utilize promotional calendar to set priorities and meet signing deadlines for store events


Merchandising Manager 

-Oversee merchandise execution, pricing, and signing of the Ready To Wear Private Brands in the Fashion Valley location
-Work closely with the Visual Managers, Merchandise Team Managers, and Field Supervisor to ensure merchandise directives and trends are being placed in a timely manner according to our promotional calendar.
-Coach and train associates in merchandise placement, core standards, and product knowledge for key Private Brands in the Ready To Wear Department.

Private Brand Sales Support- Merchandising

-Oversee $16M annual sales, merchandising, and product knowledge of Millennial Private Brand business in 15 stores and 2 Districts.
-Communicate Regional product feedback and stock opportunities monthly to NY Corporate Team.
-Work closely with the Visual Managers, MTMs and District teams to ensure merchandise directives and trends are being placed in a timely manner according to our promotional calendar.
-Analyze business trends and stock opportunities within Millennial brands and communicate to District Planner and Regional Team to ensure stores are getting sufficient stock to support their business.
-Work closely with the District Store Teams and Regional Managers to ensure floor plans accurately reflect sales trends and adjacencies.
-Coach and train associates in merchandise placement, core standards, and product knowledge for 15 Millennial Private Brands within each store.

Retail Development Manager

-Oversee Merchandise placement in RTW and Men's departments.
-Ensure that new goods are merchandise appropriately and placed in proper family of business.
-Work closely with the Visual Manager to ensure merchandise directives and trends are being placed in a timely manner according to our promotional calendar.
-Work closely with the Logistics Manager to ensure that sales, RTV’s, JobOuts, and markdowns are being taken in a timely manner.
-Work closely with the Regional Merchandise Managers to ensure floor plans accurately reflect sales trends and adjacencies.
-Coach and train associates in merchandise placement and core standards.
