Experienced designer with more than 13 years in action sports and fashion arena. Demonstrated history of building market growth through global sales and brand awareness by developing and creating supportive and collaborative relationships across functions. Building a capsule collection bringing new and innovative perspectives to reflect the way World Gym is disrupting the existing fitness industry. A collection that shows their unique and performance driven approaches to activewear that reflect their mission. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS: • Conceptualised complete package from trend, moodboard, logo and branding, sketches to techpacks of mens and womens range due to hit market Spring/Summer 2019 to over 200 gyms in over 20 Countries. • Created innovative concepts for collection of 25 pieces, color story and seasonal prints and graphic art.

Mochi Swim2017 – 2017
Led creative direction and launch of new swimwear and accessories collection in only 3 months from concept to creation in one of fashion's most competitive cities. Introduced Mochi Swim brand as relevant and fresh for target demographic KEY ACHIEVEMENTS: • Designed and developed fabrics, trims and packaging locally from Los Angeles; saved thousands on international and cross-country shipping fees for textiles and turned 83% profit margin. • Detailed and efficient communication with all new set up of vendors through to production. • Developed new and unique silhouettes and grading to improve overall style and look of line to shape and transform the future of the business; conducted several fittings for models and received commendations high approvals from clients.

Led technical and innovative product design for big-box retailers seasonally, while conducting and managing special projects for private label business and developing special make up packaging. Demonstrated visionary ability to progress lifestyle and footwear. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS: • Created core strategy, product design, market segmentation research and direct communication with overseas factories; product drove 80% of revenue annually. • Designed 100% eco friendly category from product to recycled packaging made from recycled materials and foam co-branding with PlusFoam • Presented new special make up product designs to DSW, JCPenny, Khols, Shoe Carnival, Shoe Show and secured new revenue streams and private label business contacts.

Spearheaded new process for successful launch and global rebrand of mens and juniors footwear line. Realigned business goals focus on product sale-ability and brand identity in the U.S., Australia, and Europe. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS: • Transformed designs from original forms to innovative, unique, and edgy concepts; resulted in improved functionality and wearability. Styles continue to sell in current lines. • Analyzed profit margins and product sales performances in collaboration with cross-functional sales, manufacturing, marketing, and operations teams; readjusted designs to create more effective and profitable season line plans. • Negotiated with overseas factories and established positive partner relationships; increased profit margins by about 58-60%.

Kustom Footwear - Design and Merchandise2006 – 2012
Directed design for Men's and Junior's footwear from concept to production which sold across the US, Australia and Europe. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS: • Co-designed "Shoe with No Footprint" campaign; nominated SIMA Image Awards, Product of the Year in 2012. • Forged key partnerships with Honolua Surf Co and The Buckle for special makeup product including unique graphic art and packaging requests; grew to encompass 30% of overall company revenue. • Oversaw all aspects of pre-production to market including manufacturing, packaging, orders and quality control for inventory worth more than $3 million dollars annually. • Created juniors 'Cloud Sole' program that crossed between comfort and fashion turning into the top selling category for juniors globally.
