Coaching philosophy: Use real world experience combined with science and technology. The ultimate combination of technique, basic training principles, mental development and collection of scientific data has resulted in success for my athletes. Every successful athlete has a strong support system. The most important aspect of coaching to me is supporting the athlete mentally and physically so that he or she can focus on the work needed to achieve his/her goals. Throughout my career, I have successfully used this philosophy and have coached many cyclists to their goals including a professional national championship. Roles and Responsibilties: -Sales, marketing, and promotion of brand to acquire and retain clients -Motivate, educate, and manage clients of all ages and abilities from non­competitive to professional racer -Provide power based training plans, data analysis, and feedback to all clients -Organize and manage cycling camps in Italy, Spain, Bermuda, California, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Colorado
