In My Own Words
Bachelor's Degree Industrial Design, Associates of Art Visual Communications.
I am an engaged and interested person who enjoys being able to participate and make a difference. I thrive in challenging situations and like to work hard. I enjoy creative problem solving and finding unseen solutions.
I helped launch and operate a snowboard outerwear and apparel brand. Sourced domestic vendors, created multiple seasonal apparel lines for men and women. Sourced foreign manufacturing for technical outerwear and cut & sew products. Made multiple trips to China to strengthen manufacturing and production relationships, to pick textiles, review and approve samples, and finalize production.
Developed multiple patentable technical features for outerwear products. Worked with foriegn distributors and managed calendar to maintain company timelines. Organized and managed Tradeshow events (SIA booth), and sponsored multiple local competition events in South Lake Tahoe.
Most recently I have been working for Bonfire, Sessions, and Nikita as the Outerwear Developer and Line Coordinator since I graduated in 2017.
