Snowboard with up to 8 kids at a time Coach kids of all ages on technique in snowboarding. Teach children about mountain awareness Help kids develop problem solving skills within their peer groups. Set up and breakdown of ski & snowboard events. Submit weekly and quarterly reports regarding performance and behavior reviews

Nordic Ski with up to 15 kids at a time ranging in ages 7-10 Teach them the most basic forms of nordic. Come up with games and ways to keep them interested. Manage any behavioral issues that arise.
