In My Own Words
Starting at the bottom of the TV Industry, I have worked my way up through many positions and have taken on a multitude of duties. The past few years I have been coordinating for some of the top companies in television. I have also produced music videos, production managed shows and traveled across the US managing reality shows. I am now pursuing a job in the Outdoor Sports Industry where I can bring some of my passion to your company and help it grow.

3 Ball Entertainment2014 – Present
Created and led implementation of company deliverables system. Coordinated design and creation of updated brand website for 3 Ball Entertainment. • Design and build show calendars based of budgetary constraints • Work with past and current shows to meet deliverable deadlines • Oversee all current shows and facilitate any problems that arise during prepping and shooting with network to show level personnel.
Production Coordinator
FX2013 – 2014
Constructed multiple, 3 year, 100 episode schedules to run cost analysis for show pick up. Led the production side of all marketing and promo based shoots for the show “Saint George”. • Coordinated crew hiring and deal negotiations • Managed show departments to affirm they continue on budget and on schedule • Built deals with outside vendors resulting in cost reduction • Managed all cross country travel for show actors.

Developed a streamlined system for mass actor releases, which resulted in a quantified savings of time. Created and led implementation of a cloud based file management system to increase team productivity. • Established production and writers offices • Collaborated with production finance to ensure show stayed under budget

ABC Studios2012 – 2012
Oversaw production progress of multiple in-house productions. Led daily presentations for Jean Hester, Executive Director for ABC Studios, detailing production progress. Spearheaded inception of a web based production suite intended on streamlining production information accessibility. • Set/ stage procurement and initial negotiations • Vendor negotiations: budget, staffing, transportation • Production and corporate tracking: document wrangling, call sheets, production reports, scripts, budgets, employee headcount, travel, expenses • Interfaced between production and post executives to track deliverables for productions
