Management of ever-changing tour logistics and operations, including driving routes, event build and setup, activation, load out and reporting. On site brand ambassador training and management, including break schedules, staff uniform enforcement, brand messaging, attendance & performance. Maintaining on site activation flow, consumer activation management and cleanliness of footprint. Assisting as liaison between event contact and Trigger House management. Inventory and premium distribution management and tracking, including safekeeping of inventory, premiums and equipment. Assisting /enforcing data collection. Digital photo and quantitative documentation of activation for post reporting. Communicating with agency managers/partners regularly onsite as well as through pre / post event call(s) and weekly status calls. Managing expenses and receipts, and adhering to policies and deadlines. Incident reporting and following company procedures and protocol.
