Seek and create new social content with athletes, at events and trade shows. My background includes serving as an event coordinator for races in multiple cities, organizing travel and accommodations for myself, and working in management and sales with A-list customers in diverse environments. Most recently, I have been working as an event marketing coordinator for Road Runner Sports, a regional specialty running store, in Tempe, AZ, where my responsibilities have included coordinating adventure running events in cities nationwide, creating a fun and safe environment for all participating runners, as well as designing a creative and challenging running course and collaborating with local running races, small business, and other companies to gain their participation as checkpoints and raffle contributors in a series of unique, monthly races.

Event Coordinator

Getting to insure the customer that the running shoe they are trying on should be so comfortable that you hardly notice them on your feet, while allowing my knowledge and expertise that I have gained from multiple running shoe companies to create what is known as a perfect fit at Road Runner Sports.
Be up to date with all running shoes, trends, and styles.  As well as preform exceptional customer service, while creating a fun filled environment inside and out of the store.

Fit Expert

Responsibilities included: Setting up and taking down bar.  Making and creating new drinks and shots for guests at each event. Catering the service to each client’s unique needs and the needs of their guest list; all events were black tie and featured a high profile guest list. Coordinated with celebrity PR reps regularly.

Private Bartender

Responsibilities included: Coordinating actors and addressing all of their needs.  Making sure talent was on set and present in wardrobe and make-up on time.  Took care of special needs for actors and continuously communicated with the actors to ensure they had all of their needs met and were satisfied at ever-changing shooting locations and environments.  Traveling with actors to different locations in various cities.

Production Assistant/Talent Coordinator

Responsibilities included: Coordinating promotional and private events held at the Lounge.  Working under General Manager, Jason Hoen.  Checking identification and collecting money at the entrance, as well as assisting with security.  Working with elite clients for bottle service. Performed any duties required.

Bar Manager

Responsibilities included: Promotions and marketing of a cutting edge healthy energy drink throughout the Los Angeles area.  Working directly with Lux5 events, a high-end luxury boutique, for the initial launch of Marquis Platinum on a yacht.  Making appointments for the president.  Assisting with the celebrity New Year’s Eve Party at Miami Beach.  Assisting in placing product in high-end luxury hotels in Los Angeles and New York.  Organizing birthday parties for Ron Fair and Andrew Christen.  Delivering product and keeping an organized schedules and Excel spreadsheets of orders for company. Setting up gift bags for the BET Awards in 2008.  Gifting for Charlotte Ronson and assisting in the dinner party.

Executive Assistant/ VIP Liaison

Responsibilities included: Gifting and selling high-end jewelry to celebrities and A-list clients while maintaining the clients’ privacy and confidentiality.  Coordinating red carpet events and promotional product placement.

Manager

Responsibilities included: Opening and closing. Counting out money drawer at the beginning and ending of each day and being responsible for deposits.  Dealing directly with sponsors for general merchandising and Point of Purchase systems for the store and employees.  Assisting with ordering merchandise for specific departments.
