As Marketing Coordinator, I am responsible for overseeing the proposal and presentation services in support of the Engineering department's pursuit of agency contracts in Civil Engineering & Land Surveying. Additionally, I am responsible for increasing the level of visibility and awareness of our firm and its services through various marketing activities. Job functions: • Researching clients, market trends, open solicitations, and background information. • Preparing proposals, qualifications packages, and presentations for prospective clients and team partners. • Drafting, editing, organizing and proofing various marketing collateral, including proposal content, project sheets, resumes, brochures, media relations pieces, etc. to ensure content is comprehensive, competitive and client-specific. • Creating/managing templates and boilerplate documents. • Scheduling and tracking production of proposals/qualifications packages to meet deadlines and overseeing production efforts. • Writing/creating firm promotional pieces, such as press releases, ads, advertorials, etc. • Coordinating the following: public relations efforts, content for interviews/speaking engagements, marketing campaigns, etc. • Attending industry events, pre-submittal meetings, public outreach meetings, etc. • Maintaining a web site as needed. Writing/editing content to improve and/or update the website. • Performing support and/or administrative tasks, as required.

Worked in a niche market providing consulting services for large-scale reconstruction efforts for litigation cases. I worked closely with the President/CEO of the company and consistently had to provide service and communication with lead stakeholders on projects including HOA board members, legal counsel, lead contractors, and owners. I provided services including project management, construction management, proposal support, communication, and coordination of contractors, and materials. Additionally, I provided various marketing actions, such as construction documentation photography, website management, business card design.
