As the Associate Marketing Director at Reason Clothing, I am responsible for planning seasonal marketing campaigns, product releases, sales and other social media / e-commerce strategies needed throughout the business.
I plan and schedule all social content, execute sales strategies for web, social media, SMS marketing, newsletters, and push notifications as well as assist with photography styling, wholesale presentations and advertisements.
In addition, I play a key role leading the creative direction with our marketing design for web and social while also managing visual assets, themes, products, apps, and integrations on the Shopify site. I conceptualize, film, and edit short-form video content (reels, tiktoks) and plan and assist with in-studio and on-location photo shoots.
I also oversee a team of designers, photographers, retouchers, e-commerce managers, customer service reps, and ad managers to effectively meet all creative, marketing, and e-commerce needs.

In my previous position at Reason Clothing as the Marketing Manager / E-commerce Lead, I led a team of customer service representatives, web developers, and advertising/marketing freelancers. My responsibilities included creating and publishing engaging content across social media, designing visual content, implementing sales and marketing strategies, collaborating with influencers and photographers, managing Shopify website functionality, and assisting at tradeshows.

As the Office Support Coordinator at Reason, my role was pivotal in ensuring seamless operations for the organization. I handled all e-commerce orders on Shopify and A2000 software, managing the end-to-end process from order placement to fulfillment. Additionally, I updated and maintained hundreds of products in Shopify and BrandBoom to ensure that the e-commerce platform is current and visually appealing.

After successfully serving as a Store Manager at a different location, I accepted a new challenge as an Assistant Store Manager at a higher volume, Tier 2 location.
I was responsible for providing leadership and guidance to a team of 15-25 employees. In addition to managing the team, I executed visually appealing floor sets and window displays, ensuring that the store maintained a high level of aesthetic appeal. Additionally, I was responsible for completing various business tasks such as tracking inventory levels and managing payroll. Overall, my role as an Assistant Store Manager provided me with valuable experience in managing a team, executing visual merchandising, and completing various business tasks necessary for the success of a retail store.

During my internship with American Stitch in the fall of 2017, I was fortunate to work on a variety of projects that helped me develop my skills in design and marketing.
