This position is responsible for assisting with the generation of VIP revenue, and the support of other departments by providing VIP services to satisfy partner and client agreements. 1– Coordination, Planning & Logistics • Event planning and execution of VIP Services at scheduled events– including activation planning, financial analysis and post-race recaps • Collaboration with event operational teams to ensure successful activation at events • Sourcing and securing vendors, caterers and occasionally contract employees for events • Managing program’s product inventory on a per race basis– schedule and coordinating product shipments • Manage event guests lists with in-house database systems • Support the Global Partnerships Department through coordination and execution of special events. 2– Customer Service • Activate guest communication plans for each event • Provide a high level customer service experience at events– guest check-in and hosting • Manage back end customer service through e-mail, phone and in-house customer service tools 3– Sales & Marketing • Help execute marketing plans to drive sales • Assist in executing digital marketing plans– updating web content, social media and email marketing coordination. Applicants should be organized and goal-oriented with the ability to multi-task. Working well with large teams is a must. Travel - Significant travel. Necessary Job Skills Prior event coordination/planning experience Customer service background with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
