-Headwear and Accessory Product Development & Design Manager for Putnam Accessory Group, Inc. and Putnam Brands. -Coordinates samples, booth displays, travel and accommodations for trade shows. -Assists sales in providing samples, linesheets, pricing overviews and other sales tools. -Leads and assists design team in private label projects. -Possesses an understanding of the entire development process from concept to design hand off through production. -Communicates daily with the designers, and with overseas factories in China, Korea and India. -Experience in domestic apparel product development. -Participates in sourcing decisions based on volume, technique, fabrication and cost. -Coordinates with design department in generating and maintaining tech packages, art revisions and information. -Conducts fittings; provide proto, size run and confirmation sample approvals -Participates in proto and pre-production sample review meetings w/ Development, Design and Sales team members
