Grew company to 25MM in revenue and led strategic partnerships with Earthlink, AOL and other large ISPs.

Founded industry-leading carrier neutral telecommunication firm. ? Led funding of the company with a series A from Menlo Ventures and Accel Partners. Subsequent rounds of funding were completed through a debt/equity financing through UBS and Merrill Lynch. (750MM raise series D) ?
