Supervised and directed all financial matters for both entities, with a combined annual sales volume in excess of $120 million. Managed financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting. Analyzed and reported on actual operating performance versus budget results. Managed monthly general ledger close process and financial statement preparation for the company and its affiliates in accordance with GAAP. Analyzed financial statements for accuracy and completeness. Maintained close relationships with consultants, legal counsel, CPA firm, and commercial lending (CIT Factoring) and banking institutions, ensuring compliance with all covenants.
