Complete full-cycle accounting and management reports, incl. trial balance, journal entries, monthly Financial Statements and closing the books, managing Admin staff in multiple locations throughout for a Regional Courier and Logistics Company lcoated in San Diego, can servicing all of SoCal, with 225+ Employees • Report directly to company president, creating forecasts and budgets for management decisions – working to address changing industry forces • Streamline procedures to increase productivity and reduce overhead, incl. upgrades with monthly billing automation and banking deposit • Responding to COVID-19 constraints and best practices throughout the pandemic, vis-à-vis PPP Loans, FFRCA, OSHA workplace safety, etc… • Liaison with Operations Dept. on Payroll / Human Resources and projects.

• Oversee all day-to-day Administrative & Accounting activity for 25+ retail, auto repair franchises operating throughout So. Cal and Arizona • Work directly with the company President on a day-to-day basis in order to assist on executive decisions and long-term company planning • Manage 10 Office Personnel and direct all facets of accounting, payroll and human resources for 200+ employees at 25+ locations • Supervise all A/R & A/P; quality control of data entry & procedures, incl. o Reconcile and Post 30K transactions for over $12 Million Credit Card Sales processed annually, resolve Merchant Services issues/disputes o Collect, review, approve all Vendor payables and credit accounts o Schedule monthly ACH & check payments for Rents, Loans, and Dues • Perform all Management Accounting, incl. Monthly Financial Statements, Daily Budgets and Cash Flow Forecasts

I work directly beneath the controller, handling all aspects of day-to-day accounting entries for A/P and A/R as well as Mgmt. Reporting and Software Training.
