Worked with internal innovation teams and external vendors to conceptualize and prototype innovative cushioning systems through new materials, processes and technologies.

Lead Test and Validation Engineer on Nike+ programs. Led development and execution of reliability testing, wear testing and algorithm test and validation for Nike+ footwear product. Coordinated with Nike+ Product Team, Footwear teams, and overseas manufactures. Supported inline Nike+ initiatives such as, GPS SportWatch and Nike+ FuelBand, in addition to other internal R&D initiatives. Directed a team of test analysts to execute test protocols in support of ongoing Nike+ initiatives.

Test Engineer for Global Footwear Testing Lab. Responsible for coordination across departments and external partners to facilitate testing needs. Development and execution of test plans while delivering test results. Supported Footwear Innovation and R&D initiatives. Conducted testing on new concepts and materials, developed custom test methods and fixtures, facilitated meetings and provided project direction across multiple Innovation teams

Worked in the Adidas Quality Department, tested and reported on footwear durability while maintaining test equipment.
