As supervisor I directly oversaw the apparel and footwear departments, including their merchandising, staffing,and training. In that time I was in charge of operations, scheduling, going to training for new operating systems, and training others in these systems; Kronos and SAP.

As key holder I would be the direct contact for customer issues, cashier functions, and tracking sales. As the bookkeeper I would prepare deposits, balance drawers and safe, handle special orders, and ordering of supplies.

Go to seasonal trainings and then oversee the direct training of employees within the department, separate truck, and merchandise store displays.

First and last customer impression for the store, handle phone calls and direct customers, handle all forms of payment, and deter fraud in the form of ticket switching and payment fraud.

greet customers, engage and evaluate their needs, give merchandise options, offer add on items they might not have remembered, and close sales.
