-Trained 4 assistant managers to generate the highest sales of $4.4 million dollars for the Orange location for the 2017 fiscal year. -Efficiently trained and managed over 80 part-time and full-time associates while utilizing the company tools while utilizing the company's tools and best practices to achieve sales goals, deliver great customer service, and ensure proper associate coverage on a week-by-week basis, trending towards $5.3 million, the biggest revenue growth for the Orange location, for the 2018 fiscal year. -Worked alongside the district manager, full-time associates, and part-time associates of the Orange location to successfully execute deadlines and floorsets to be the first store for the company to transition from outlet to chain. -Worked alongside the General Manager, as well as 5 assistant managers, to drive sales and trained associates towards achieving the 2nd most online (Order in store) sales in the Northwest/Outlet stores region for Quarter 2 2016
