Partnered with product development, sales, and manufacturing teams to design, conceptualize, materialize, detail, and develop a balanced collection of women’s athleisure lifestyle footwear with a focus on product relevance and commercial viability while effectively capturing the brand's essence.

Led the research, design, and development of new mass-market and mid-tier private label branded footwear products, from initial product brief through manufacturing, driving innovation throughout the product development life cycle.

Served as Stateside representative for the factory group and tasked with generating new business partnerships with West Coast-based footwear brands in addition to overseeing new product development for LXJ business partners.

Oversaw all in-house product development for Kids, Women’s, and Men’s performance lines. Served as product liaison between the C9 brand licensor (Hanes) and the retailer (Target). Worked with the President to design, develop, and commercialize a suite of product lines.
