Product development can be a chaotic journey. Many problems arise in the commercialization process between design, development, marketing, sales, etc.. Using a broad knowledge of the industry, from 20 years of experience, I take pride in solving these complex challenges. By asking the right questions and working with divisional teams, I strive to bring the best product to market while hitting targeted margins. My goal is to motivate teams to achieve excellence through positivity and honesty.


Partnered with product development, sales, and manufacturing teams to design, conceptualize, materialize, detail, and develop a balanced collection of women’s athleisure lifestyle footwear with a focus on product relevance and commercial viability while effectively capturing the brand's essence.

Design Director - Ryka and Bzees Brands

Led the research, design, and development of new mass-market and mid-tier private label branded footwear products, from initial product brief through manufacturing, driving innovation throughout the product development life cycle.

Served as Stateside representative for the factory group and tasked with generating new business partnerships with West Coast-based footwear brands in addition to overseeing new product development for LXJ business partners.

DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND NEW BUSINESS ACQUISITIONS (WEST COAST)

Oversaw all in-house product development for Kids, Women’s, and Men’s performance lines. Served as product liaison between the C9 brand licensor (Hanes) and the retailer (Target). Worked with the President to design, develop, and commercialize a suite of product lines.
