I’m a recent graduate of the Professional Designation program at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising majoring in Merchandise Product Development. Previous to attending FIDM I gained experience as an Operations leader. I have a demonstrated history of success in sales and marketing team management, interviewing and on boarding a team, and strategic planning of marketing programs and events. I'm well versed in negotiations, customer service, cross functional communications, and relationship development. When not in the office or class I’m a freelance photographer capable of providing captivating landscape, lifestyle, and commercial media. I also enjoy hiking, climbing, camping, anything involving the beach and ocean, and also staying physically fit. I'm also passionate about conservation and the environment. Responsible for all aspects of project management for assigned product development and deployment projects throughout the entire lifecycle. • Prepare a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams and activities • Oversee gaps between teams within assigned projects, processes, and systems, helping teams mitigate risk factors • Maintain constant communication with all applicable stakeholders • Integrate product development, production, subcontractor, and customer activities into an overall program management structure • Analyze and resolve project roadblocks. • Implement tasks and maintain unique project flows in the project management software WorkFront. • Exercise judgment to prioritize and communicate to meet and exceed project deadlines and commitments • Monitor and report on the progress of all project activity within the project including significant milestones and any conditions which would affect project cost or schedule

Successfully managed projects and people to meet or exceed goals every quarter: ?
