+ Specialized in screenprint and graphic t-shirt design including fabric composition, printing techniques, ink chemistries and embellishment methods
+ Manage a team of 7 teammates with direct reports in foreign offices; oversee budget, workload, HR duties and weekly reporting of team metrics
+ Build relationships between global vendors and print material suppliers in order to improve quality, production and compliance
+ Travel internationally to approve graphic developments, consult on process and solve manufacturing issues
