What I enjoy most about my current role is the partnership with our Supply Chain and manufacturing vendors.  I am hoping to find a new challenge in the industry where I can use my skills to support existing vendor partnerships and help them to grow in a sustainable and socially-conscience manner.  

+ Intermediary between designers and global print vendors to develop fashion forward, functional graphics which meet design and performance specifications

+ Specialized in screenprint and graphic t-shirt design including fabric composition, printing techniques, ink chemistries and embellishment methods

+ Manage a team of 7 teammates with direct reports in foreign offices; oversee budget, workload, HR duties and weekly reporting of team metrics 

+ Build relationships between global vendors and print material suppliers in order to improve quality, production and compliance

+ Travel internationally to approve graphic developments, consult on process and solve manufacturing issues
