Insides sales responsibilities for all course hosting, attendance, and gear inquiries. Manage Coach Tony Blauer’s calendar and schedule and assist with correspondence. Market, promote, and ensure administrative and logistical success for all Law Enforcement, Martial Arts, and CrossFit Defense Training Courses. Manage all aspects of customer service to inspire and build relationships.

Manage expenses of $350,000/year including successfully executing cost targets despite rapidly rising expenses in the Association’s overall budget. Spearhead the association’s successful move into social media to better facilitate engagement and communication with our members and others in our community. Plan, organize, and execute a large scale, yearly meeting of the association’s volunteer leadership, including agenda development, venue selection, vendor liaison, speaker selection, and on-site conference logistics. Coordinate board level meetings, to include agenda construction, document creation, records management, and vendor liaison. Lead association volunteers in high value association projects, including both the volunteer leadership nomination and election processes. Develop strategy to leverage social media to further association-wide goals. Facilitate association principles in developing yearly strategic planning, budget, and execution.
