- Create products and collections based on current trends and gaps in the in the marketplace with a focus on innovation, technical features, and aesthetic - Design Lead with new India overseas team in cultivating sourcing relations with mills, suppliers, and factories and working with brands' Pacific Asia offices - Build all technical specs and take each product through the full design cycle from concept to final product including materials, color, construction, and sample reviews while optimizing budget and cost constraints

- Create and develop soft goods products for Shock Doctor, McDavid, and collaborate of Nathan hydration packs and run accessories - Lead designer for our licensing partnership with Under Armour and custom items created for professional athletes - Built and launched a playbook for Shock Doctor, McDavid, and UA for future - designers including grade scales and templates - Mentored and managed 2 technical designers/developers who collaborated under several of our brands that transformed work output on a small team
