I succeed when I can train and develop each and every staff member to become successful in any and all roles they seek out within Eastern Mountain Sports. As a leader I provide them with the direction, understanding and tools necessary to hit our target KPI's. By doing this I help my staff work together to increase profits, conversion, product sales goals, and CRM percentages all while taking care of every customer start to finish.
