Manage a team of 35 medical support assistants within Primary Care and Mental Health clinics, effectively increasing performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include: •Corporate training: design, develop and deliver multiple internal training programs, both live and virtual; develop and manage tracking and reporting on training progress. •Project management: managed and participated in a Leadership Effectiveness and Accountability Development (LEAD) Program to develop mentorship, learning and leadership skills for employees. The LEAD project was estimated at $100,000 to renew outdoor seating arrangements and products, such as garbage receptacles and ash urns for a more uniform, professional appearance. •Working toward certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt (currently Six Sigma Green Belt) to improve understanding of process and product quality assurance.
