-Handling all warranties for all three brands—which include Quiksilver, Roxy, and DC Shoes. This included assisting customers with any issues they were experiencing with our products in an efficient manner and making sure they continued to be satisfied customers. -Working with our in-house wetsuit repair team to ensure all customers received their repaired wetsuits in a week timeframe. !Assisting in processing Credits and Debits for our various accounts that we service in SAP. This could range from making sure an account received a missing discount on an invoice and a credit for an Advertising page that we commissioned. ---Assisting in Promotional emails for products that are sent out for our company events or for our brand ambassadors. !Collaboration with our research and design teams to make sure any outstanding issues with products were fixed for future seasons. This included working with our Wetsuit, Snow, and Footwear development teams.
