Manage multiple carbon crankset design projects from concept through production. Balance requests from product managers, project managers, and factory engineers to ensure the project is exceeding all customer requirements. Utilize CAD, FEA, and hands-on prototyping to produce on-time deliverables. Design injection-molded part molds for in-house prototyping and design refinement, reducing tool revisions in the Taiwan factory when production tooling opens. Independently spearhead diverse responsibilities, including 3D-printing custom fixtures and jigs, conducting data analysis, applying A3 problem-solving methodologies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency. President, Community Committee – Manage a $20k annual budget to organize impactful events that foster a positive workplace culture and strengthen team cohesion. Educate, engage, and inspire customers at large bike expos at the SRAM booth. Collaborate with factory engineers daily, and travel to SRAM Taiwan factories multiple times per year.
