I enjoy sourcing or developing my own original prints and graphic artwork to support seasonal assortments. I've progressed the companies SOPs by re-sketching and establishing a block library system, streamlining the design process and improving efficiency across multiple teams. I've Introduced standardized technical package templates, now adopted by factories, technical design, and product development departments.
