Positively leading and motivating people to be the best they can be!!! From emptying the trash to leading a budget meeting with upper management... doing a job with excitement, energy and preparation are key elements to any success my work teams or I myself may have earned. It is important the people around me know I care about them, that I will work hard for them and together we can meet and exceed the expectations and goals in front of us. I have been afforded the opportunity to lead people at many levels, with many organizations, in a number of different capacities with titles like... Store Manager, Team Manager, Production Manager, Director, Co-Chair, Head Coach and Dad. I would like to bring these core beliefs, skills and experiences to your team!
