I'm a freelance art director who will provide creative solutions to your design needs in a timely and friendly manner. Working with an international client base, I design a wide range of promotional materials, for web and print, including emails, websites, magazines, catalogs, logos, sales kits and point-of-purchase displays. I have a focus designing for sports industries, particularly yacht regattas. I am currently based in Rochester, NY, and previously worked as an art director in New York City and Boston.

Provide creative direction and strategic planning for the corporate brand and online presence. • Collaborate with web development team in creating UI design and branding for multiple corporate WordPress based websites. • Create compelling graphics for internet marketing campaigns including website banners, web ads, social media and email marketing. • Code editing in HTML and CSS, as needed. • Manage an assistant designer and co-managed the web-dev team. • Coordinate and develop new projects with creative writers, videographers and photographers.

2016 – 2018

Contracted to be Senior member of the creative team, leading the development of complete redesign of company identity, promotions and websites. Designed front end of sites, using Bootstrap framework and a collaborative GitHub environment. Collaborated with back-end developers to improve site usability and user experience. Designed all print promotional materials for Feed The Arts and its subsidiaries. Created a new, unified brand identity. Led two consumer teams at Feed The Arts: Social Media Team to attract new members and inform existing users of site news; Member Empowerment Team to interact with users to improve engagement.
