Including textile, metals, hard goods and soft goods - Lead negotiations with vendors and deliver best total value including quality, price, lead time and terms and serve as the procurement and contract expert resource for assigned commodities and projects - Source new products and new suppliers as required both domestically and foreign - Create and maintain strong business relationships at all levels of the organization - Lead team of buyers to obtain necessary consumable and hard goods domestically for all USA races - Negotiating contracts domestically and foreign for all goods globally purchased - Sourcing and developing projects across all business units within Spartan Race globally
