Formerly a military professional with managerial experience in both military and civilian capacities, effectively managing a team of 50 personnel. Coordinate and process advertising contracts, internal work orders, production cost agreements, client posting instructions, completion reports, credits, contract changes and all other paperwork associated with completing the sales process.

Initiate and maintain good working relationships with all Account Executives and also with internal personnel and external clients, including advertising agencies and out-of-home buying services.

Manage a team of freelance photographers to obtain environmental photos of our inventory to showcase to clients. Coordinate photoshoots for marketing purposes of all inventory, focusing heavily on new inventory to create photosheets/sell sheets to assist in the sales process. In charge of hiring and training all photographers. Maintain and distribute photography inventory and responsible for processing all invoices from each photographer.
