My role as Sr Designer and Design Manager is to provide leadership, empower direct reports, spearhead obstacles, exceed high expectations and increase volume for the company by coordinating the team for seasonal line presentations, working in synergy with all departments to ensure quality and safety requirements are met, and creating a mutli-divisional line that speaks to core values and delivers sales volume and growth strategies set forth by the company.

Lead and maintained the flow of design from season to season, elevated the brand aesthetic, and provided our customers with a clear and concise catalog and retail presentation that represents the brand’s commitment to quality, inspired design, and kid friendly apparel.

Partnered with the Sr Designer and Merchant to design and develop a line that delivered on the seasonal direction and secured the company positioning as a premium brand in the marketplace.

Assisted in the execution of silhouette designs, designed graphics and trims, coordinated artwork and lab dips, maintained relationships with overseas vendors, and acted as a liaison between the design team and our factories to resolve issues with design, color, graphics and fit construction.
