• Designed seasonal cut and sew offerings including hats and accessories. • Developed tech packs, patterns, and silhouettes, ensuring high-quality production standards. • Collaborate with owner Benny Gold, and graphic designer ton mood boards, enhancing seasonal collections and collaborations. • Present trend forecasting, theme inspiration, and color direction for each seasonal collection based on research. • Managed all made in USA production for denim and shirting. • Managed vendor relationships and helped transition production to overseas, maintaining quality and reducing costs. • Communicated all fit comments and answering all factory questions for both domestic and overseas factories. • Oversaw development from first proto, sales man sample, then pre-production sample. • Develop seasonal catalogs, providing detailed product descriptions, illustrating CADs and constructing layout. • Sourced and organized trims, achieving cost-effective final products. • Refined fabric selection process, enhancing material quality and garment longevity. • Collaborated with brands such as Nike, Be@rbrick, Publish Brand, Zumiez, Modernica, 47 Brand/Super Bowl 50, Jansport, Goodworth, and Pendleton. • Maintained a seasonal schedule with our product release calendar. • Attended trade shows, and inspo trips for trend research and development.
