Develops creative concepts and new technologies for the American market, works closely with product marketing and sales to bring customer visions to reality - Developed an innovative accessory that allows the end user to work on power utility equipment without needing additional or special tools - Created a template process to transfer customer requirements to production drawings, minimizing human error - Adapted a German-based product family used in hazardous locations to meet the requirements of the American market - Designed a product variant that utilized more readily available fuse types to reduce customer frustration and maintenance costs
