Professionally - I have been in the Recruiting and Talent Acquisition vertical for over 13 years providing full life cycle recruiting and staffing services in a variety of industries and disciplines. Personally - I'm a father and husband who is passionate about music, art/design, sports and living an active lifestyle through skateboarding, snowboarding and the gym.

My name is Chase Van Huisen and I'm a skilled Tech Recruiter/Talent Acquisition professional with 15 years experience. https://www.linkedin.com/in/chasevanhuisen/ I started with an Agency (CSI) back in 2004 focusing on IT and SW Development and all things Technical. After 11 years and much success I was recruited by a client of mine WET (Water Entertainment Technology) to be their Director of Talent Acquisition in May of 2015. www.wetdesign.com I am responsible for all staffing needs in the company. From Design, Engineering, Controls and Automation, Manufacturing, IT and SW Development, Operations and Administrative needs. Its been a great run here and I love the people I work with and our environment is really fun and exciting. All this said I live in Long Beach and I commute to Burbank everyday. After almost three years I feel I need to find something closer to home. Im posting on here because at 38 I still skateboard, snowboard and when I can surf. I belong in this industry.
