Interpreted, monitored, and analyzed large volume databases regarding operating policies and procedures,K.P.I's and Domestic and International inventory for stores and related expenditures. Manage and oversee store and departmental budgets and expenditures, monitoring and adhering to budget constraints. Responsible for recruiting, selecting, on-boarding, training and managing all administrative staff.

Managed and oversaw cohesive allocation strategies and budgetary requirements across all store types and within the allocations department. Conducted performance reviews and made personnel decisions related to compensation and promotion of administrative staff. Primary liaison to merchandise teams to determine Merchandise Allocation according to Seasonal Strategies and initial store sets for developed store volume groups.
