Interpreted, monitored, and analyzed large volume databases regarding operating policies and procedures,K.P.I's and Domestic and International inventory for stores and related expenditures. Responsible for corrective actions. Assist in department business activities, including but not limited to: budget preparation and monitoring, account management, purchasing, personnel, facilities, travel and reporting required by the corporation. Analyzed and resolved critical issues which posed a significant threat to the overall goals of the department.

Assumed responsibility for the development, administration, and promotion of specific projects in regards to store operations and store employees. Manage and oversee store and departmental budgets and expenditures, monitoring and adhering to budget constraints. Responsible for recruiting, selecting, on-boarding, training and managing all administrative staff.

Managed and oversaw cohesive allocation strategies and budgetary requirements across all store types and within the allocations department. Conducted performance reviews and made personnel decisions related to compensation and promotion of administrative staff. Primary liaison to merchandise teams to determine Merchandise Allocation according to Seasonal Strategies and initial store sets for developed store volume groups.
