-Creating, improving, sharing, publishing, and maintaining engaging content for 80+ clients to raise brand awareness and monitoring web traffic and metrics to identify best marketing practices. -Oversees all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement & brand consistency. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style, and layout. -Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic. Staying up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw the audience’s attention.

Erica Rae joins our teaching team in October 2017 taking over the some of our Hatha classes. Erica hails from Colorado, US and has been in Taupo with her partner Zac for nearly a year. An artist and a yogi Erica taught in the States for a few years before jetting to New Zealand. She acquired her 200 hr RYT certification in 2015 in Breckenridge, Colorado. Using intelligent physical alignment and mindful breath awareness, Erica hopes to inspire more confidence and contentment as we move through the world and our everyday lives. She has a beautiful calming voice and manner and is looking forward to sharing her patience and love of yoga with you all sometime soon!

In charge of maintaining the Lava Glass website & monthly marketing meetings with new creative marketing concepts, running the social media marketing campaigns In charge of all national and oversees packaging & shipping maintaining receipts, specific shipping dates, customer details, and implementing a new computing system for keeping all our shipments organized.

-As the art gallery manager, I was responsible for the commercial and artistic success of the gallery. As an artist on display, I was also represented by the gallery. -Responsible for the sales and marketing areas of running a commercial art gallery and communicated directly with artists and dealers. I was also involved in selecting art and artists to enhance the gallery's reputation and to bring in money from the sales of their artwork. -Advised and consulted with clients on options available to help them achieve their goals by creating the mood desired by the client. -Built and designed gallery installations for the development, preparation, and production of gallery events. -Defined Skills: creativity, innovation, detail orientation, time, artist, and client management and networking.

-Selected as one of eleven interns out of over one hundred applicants to be in a competitive internship and leadership program. -Worked with professional Denver artist Cory Gilstrap and eleven other design and build interns to produce the Museum of Outdoor Arts newest indoor exhibition “Faux Show.” -The Faux Show simultaneously appreciates and satirizes some of the greatest contemporary artists of the last century. -Developed the skills need to install an indoor and outdoor show such as detailed and precision planning, cooperative, and leadership skills.
