• Welcomed and said goodbye to members/guests at the gym. • Handled various inquiries for the gym. These inquiries included questions pertaining to memberships, the class schedule, and more. • Answered phones to handle any questions members had regarding the gym. I would also transfer calls to the sales department for any new potential members. • Helped maintain the club by loading/unloading towels from the laundry room, by picking up weights off the floor, and by restocking supplies such as sanitizing spray, soap, & toiletries throughout the gym and in the men’s locker room. • Handled various financial transactions. These transactions included purchases from the retail section of the gym, collecting late fees on memberships, and updating member financial information on the gym’s computers.

• Personally completed nearly 100 sites for the company as of January 2018. • Created original content and vector files to complete assigned websites efficiently. • Performed thorough and extensive research into the company’s website that I was assigned to. • Utilized the information that I extracted to create the mood, written content, and visual elements of each website. • Created videos using Adobe Premiere Pro for social media accounts. • Handled social media platforms for numerous clients. • Updated and managed Google My Business and Google+ pages for clients.

• Produced artwork and digital files for clients based on their specifications and needs. • Listened to clients in person and over the phone in order to discern their exact specifications for individual projects. Would then use updated information to complete orders promptly. • Greeted clients and answered questions regarding price quotes on different types of orders. • Created invoices for every order taken and noted every detail of the order within. • Assisted in heat pressing shirts and distributing completed orders to clients. • Ensured that files were organized in the shared system and backed up on an external hard drive.

• Unpackaged and stocked items onto shelves throughout the entire store • Cleared aisles of all obstructing items, trash, and helped with spills. • Back stocked case packs and individual items in the stockrooms in corresponding aisles. • Transported carts, U-boats, and palettes of items onto and off the floor. • Brought in palettes using palette jack and transported empty palettes back to receiving. • Unloaded case packs and items off truck and onto palettes.
